ARE THE PRICES LISTED ONLINE PER PERSON OR PER ROOM?
The prices listed online are per person based on the occupancy you have selected.  Double occupancy means two people sharing a room, triple occupancy means three people sharing a room, and quad occupancy means 4 people sharing a room.

IF I CHOOSE TO FLY ON AN "ON THE GO" FLIGHT, CAN MY ROOMMATE BOOK HIS/HER OWN AIR FROM ANOTHER CITY?
Of course, as long as the roommate also has an On The Go reservation, even if its land-only, you may share the same room.

CAN TWO PEOPLE FROM TWO DIFFERENT CITIES, BUT BOTH ON AN "ON THE GO" FLIGHT SHARE A ROOM?
Of course, as long as each roommate lists the other roommate on their reservations form.

ARE TICKETS TO THE GAME INCLUDED?
Tickets to NBA events are NOT included in the package.  Please visit our tickets page regularly to find information on purchasing tickets to the game and other NBA events.  Game tickets can cost a couple of thousand.  We recommend attending events such as the West Practice, East Practice, Rookie Game, etc which are available at cheaper prices.  You may also visit and register for email updates at www.ticketmaster.com for updates on ticket sales.  Remember to change your event city to Las Vegas when doing so.

WHEN I RESEARCHED HOTELS ON MY OWN, THEY WERE SOLD OUT.  HOW DOES ON THE GO HAVE ROOMS AVAILABLE?
Group travel to special events is our specialty.  Before it was confirmed that the NBA would be holding All-Star Weekend in New Orleans, On The Go had already requested and received group rates.  Therefore, our room rates are amongst the lowest out there.  So even if rooms are still available at some hotels, first be sure the check the location carefully because near the the Hot Spot is not AT the hot spot.   Also, check the quality of the hotel.  On The Go has personally inspected all of our selected properties to be sure that they will meet our clients needs.  The Astor Crown Plaza hotel is the ONLY hotel in New Orleans that is directly on the corner of Canal & Bourbon Streets.  So you are guaranteed to be right in the midst of all the action. 

HOW CAN I MAKE ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS ON MY TRIP?
You can make additional payments by returning to the PAYMENTS page on this website.  There's no need to fill out a second registration form.  You can always mail in checks or money orders to our office.

IN SOME PLACES IT SAYS THE TRIP IS NON-REFUNDABLE, AND IN OTHERS IT STATES THAT TRIP CANCELATION AND TRAVEL INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE.  HOW CAN THAT BE?
All payments made to On The Go LLC for your trip, whether land-only or air-inclusive are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.  However, because we have included travel insurance with this package, if you are unable to travel and meet the necessary guidelines and provide acceptable documentation for your cancellation, you may request a refund by submitting a cliam to the travel insurance company.  It is up to the insurance company to make the final determination as to whether or not your documentation is sufficient.   "Personal Reasons" or "Can't afford it" ARE NOT acceptable reasons and you will not be issued a refund.  The insurance automatically included baggage protection, weather delays, etc.   If you have not received a copy of the insurance guidelines, please request one by emailing trips@onthegollc.com.

HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?
Once accepted into our Group Leader Program, On The Go will issue you a booking code that you will use to refer travelers for this trip only that will be entered onto the reservation form.  You must refer a minimum of two rooms (plus your own) in order to participate.  All deposits for the referred rooms must be received by April 21, 2007, unless extended, and paid in full by December 15, 2007 in order for you to receive credit for the room.  You will earn $75 per room towards the cost of your trip for air-inclusive packages or $50 per room for land-only packages.  All promotional pieces must be pre-approved by On The Go prior to distribution.  The maximum amount you may earn is the total cost of your trip.  All earnings must be deducted from the cost of your trip and WILL NOT be paid in the form of cash, check or any other method to the traveler.
